Private Speech Therapy
Therapy with me might look different from a traditional clinic. I travel to your home, your child’s school, or their daycare, wherever they feel most comfortable and would benefit from communication supports.
Sessions are play-based and child-led. I don’t drill or use flashcards. Instead, I follow your child’s interests and build communication from there. If they’re obsessed with a particular show, character, or topic, that becomes our entry point to discover new things. Motivation matters more than a curriculum.
Parent coaching is part of each session. You’ll learn strategies to use between appointments. You are the expert in your own child. My goal is to make communication accessible, woven into existing routines.
$200 per 50-minute session
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Regional Center
I am contracted with the Westside Regional Center (WRC) for Early Intervention Services. The approach remains the same: play-based, connection-focused, and child-led. I provide initial evaluations as well as ongoing therapy. Once approved by the WRC for services, you can request me through your service coordinator.

Self-Determination Program
The Self-Determination Program gives families more flexibility in choosing providers and designing services that work for them. If you or a family member is enrolled in SDP, you can use your individual budget to work with me directly. You choose my services as part of your spending plan, and I bill through your Financial Management Service (FMS). I work with SDP participants from early childhood through young adulthood.
$200 per 50-minute session, billed through your FMS
Parent Coaching & Consultation
Sometimes families don’t need ongoing therapy; they need guidance. Parent coaching sessions focus on understanding your child’s communication profile, learning practical strategies, and figuring out next steps.
This can be a standalone service or an add-on to therapy. Some families start with coaching to see if formal therapy is the right next step. Others use it alongside therapy to deepen their own skills. Parent coaching can help with:
- Understanding your child’s communication strengths and challenges
- Learning strategies to support communication at home
- Navigating school services, IEPs, and Regional Center
- Deciding whether formal therapy is appropriate right now
- Problem-solving specific challenges (e.g. mealtimes, transitions, big emotions)
I’m also certified to lead Hanen More Than Words® parent classes, and I offer them when there’s enough interest. If you’d like to join one, let me know and I’ll add you to the list.
